PoshSpot Apartments

I've never stayed in a cleaner apartment. I'd recommend it 100%.

It was okay.

The house and apartment are decorated very nicely, but my stay was deeply unsettling. I arrived on time, unlocked the door to the entire apartment I'd booked, and went in. The host then opened the door without warning or permission and stood there staring at me. We quickly got into a verbal argument while he kept the door open. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable, so I left right away. I was later marked as a “No-Show,” even though I had been there and have clear video of what happened. I paid but lost access to the apartment and received no refund. I also filed a police report about the privacy violation. For an entire-place booking, I expected privacy and peace of mind, and having the door opened without notice felt like a serious breach of trust and basic guest rights. Other guests may have had good stays, but this incident showed me a disturbing side of the experience. Maybe this kind of thing is understood differently in Romania, but for me it was a bad experience.

I really like the area for its light, even though Cluj had been a bit rainy during my stay. After two days, I was offered fresh sheets and towels, and when I got back everything had been put in order so nicely. Thanks to the host and housekeeper! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities, and the kitchen had everything I needed. At check-in, she was already pleased that everything was digital, so I didn't have to worry about losing a key or card 😂.
