The host made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived, and every detail seemed thoughtfully prepared. The place had a cozy, inviting feel, and I left smiling, feeling like I'd found a real gem in Cluj. So happy with the experience, highly recommended!

The Jr suite had a separate door, so I could take a work call while my son watched TV in the bedroom. The room was spacious, the AC kept it cold, and the shower was good. Self check-in was very easy, and they let us check in early. Great restaurants are just a short walk away.

We never met anyone, so I can't comment on the service. They sent us a code for the main entrance and our room. The rooms were clean and big, and the hotel was quiet despite its central position. It's only a five-minute walk to Cluj Napoca's old town, making it a handy base for exploring. We'll return to Siesta Boutique Smart Suites.

We had a room that opened straight onto the lovely public terrace, which you need to be on the first floor to access. The hotel is beautifully designed, with plenty of space, excellent air conditioning, and great WiFi. The mini fridge and in-room coffee were nice to have, and many restaurants and the old town are close by. We loved it and will definitely come back!

I'm on my third day here, and already felt this place deserved a review. The rooms are stylish, cozy, and so clean you could eat off the floor. It's very central, with lots of food and good locations within walking distance, yet quiet at night. I'd book this again without a doubt!
