Very frustrating and disappointing. I pressed the button to have my room cleaned, but nobody came. They claimed I'd put out the “Do Not Disturb” sign, which simply wasn't true. It felt as if everyone was trying to make me seem mistaken or confused. In the end, the room still wasn't cleaned.

I felt left on my own to deal with a troubling situation. I was certain someone had entered my room, so I needed the security camera footage checked. At first, staff said they'd show it to me, then changed their answer and said that wasn't allowed. Later they said they didn't care, wouldn't look into it, and wouldn't spend time checking the cameras. They also refused to show me any of the footage. One manager, Vasile Topan, was especially rude and unprofessional, and offered no help or respect. With a bank card or anything valuable, I'd strongly advise avoiding this hotel. It didn't feel safe or guest-friendly.

The location is the only good thing. The four stars seem to show up in the price alone, not the service or amenities. The bathroom was worn and smelled bad, the reading lamps didn't work, the sheets were thin and too small, and there was no kettle in the room.

The location near Iulius Mall was the one good point. Otherwise, it's a big no from me. The hotel was under construction, and it was noisy and uncomfortable for guests, so I was surprised the price hadn't changed. The bathroom was ridiculously small, though it was manageable for the few hours I needed it before an early flight. At checkout around 3 in the morning, the receptionist seemed unhappy when I rang for a taxi, probably because she was sleeping. She came across as a bit arrogant and not very interested in helping.
