The location is amazing and the surroundings are peaceful. The owner is kind, helpful, and respectful, and the room and services feel so elegant ❤️ I’d suggest giving it a try 😊

For a short stay, this hotel was perfect, even though the neighborhood in Constanta isn’t the best. I liked the staff, who were very nice, and we even got an upgrade. Most important, the room was clean and nice.

The room smelled, and whenever the neighbour smoked, the smoke came into our room too. The window faced a car wash that seemed to run constantly, so it was noisy. The carpet didn’t look very clean, and we could hear the neighbours as if they were in our room.

The bed was the only thing I liked. The refrigerator was rusty, one wall was in poor condition, and the doors looked bad. There’s a car wash next to the hotel that seems to be open 24/24, and it makes a lot of noise. I wouldn’t come back.

The staff are really nice, and the hygiene is very good. Hotel Ioana has a lovely atmosphere and makes a great base for a Black Sea holiday or a city break.
