The staff were helpful and kind, but they put us in the worst room. Almost everything was broken: the rusty door wouldn't lock, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the water kept going either too cold or too warm. The sheets and blankets hadn't been changed, and the extra towels we asked for never came. There were ants and spiders all over the bathroom, dust everywhere, and no chairs. It's very basic, and I wouldn't recommend it if you're particular about cleanliness.

The room was clean when I arrived, and the new AC worked. But the power went out several times a day and overnight, leaving the room without air conditioning and freezing cold in April. There was no hot water at the bathroom sink, and nobody came during the day to take out rubbish, clean the floor or change towels and sheets. The fridge was rusty, and some rooms have wall outlets that don't work. I paid more because of a festival 10 minutes away, so I'm not complaining about the price. Still, it was a pretty bad stay, and I can't give more than two stars.

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We had our golden puppy with us, and the beach that allows dogs is very close. The restaurant doesn't have many options, but what we tried was very good.

Great location, though the service was crazy.
