I've never dealt with worse staff. The shower had a problem, and I told the receptionist three times, but nothing was done. There's a coffee machine in the main lobby that doesn't work properly, and the sugar doesn't drop into the coffee. The first time I asked the receptionist for sugar, they gave me some. The next day the owner was there and claimed they had none, even though there was plenty. I then ordered hot chocolate and got hot water instead. When I went back to the owner, she angrily said she didn't care. The rooms are okay and have air conditioning, but I'd recommend looking for another hotel.
