The people at Perla were really great. Our room was clean, the food was made with love, and being so close to the beach was a big plus!

The place was close to the sea, with spacious, open rooms, a large bathroom, and a balcony. It was the best seaside spot I’ve ever had a holiday at!

The family running the hostel were so welcoming and accommodating, and the price felt reasonable for what was included. I was in Costinești recently with friends for a music festival, and staying nearby made getting to the festival venue easy. The hostel was also commendably clean. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Costinești.

The best parts were being close to the sea and having a balcony, even though it didn’t have proper balcony chairs. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and smelled moldy. Breakfast was consistently disappointing in quality, and lunch options were limited. You have to ask them to clean the room or bring extra towels, and there’s never enough toilet paper. The staff’s attitude left a lot to be desired.

It’s a pretty quiet spot, away from the noise, which is unusual for Costinesti. They have narghilea and food, and the place itself is decent, but the prices are way too high for what you get. It was 600 RON a night for 2 squeaky beds and a lame shower. Breakfast cost 20 RON per person, and all they offered was an egg, a slice of bread, and some salami.
