The mattress was so hard that the floor would have been more comfortable. I had a bad five-day stay and wouldn't recommend this villa. We found blood stains on the bed cover and asked the owner to change it. We were told there was no spare, and that after we put some hypochlorite detergent on the stains, we should just keep using the same cover. The beach isn't 200 meters from the villa either. There's a nudist beach very close, but Costinesti's main beach is 1.4 kilometers away. The owner came into my room and set the fridge to minimum power to save energy. Lights in the kitchen and hallways were constantly switched off. If you're bringing kids, expect to be told repeatedly that they're too loud. Imagine trying to tell a nine-month-old baby not to cry. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

It's a quiet spot close to the beach, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The host is a wonderful, welcoming man. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to spend a few days with family in Costinesti.

The hosts were the friendliest I've ever met. I came for the beach, and the hotel was right beside it. 5/5.
