This is a closed hotel. The picture is from Bacolux, formerly Hephaistos. There are two separate buildings, and the Torus one is closed.

It was sensationally good, and I'd recommend Romanian seniors visit this location. Congratulations to the management.

Since last year, the pandemic has hit the hospitality business hard, and this wonderful hotel seems to have suffered too. It’s sad to see it in such a state now. Maybe the city hall could take it over for another use, perhaps as a home for people in need in the region.
