It was okay, I guess. Some rooms smell strongly of cigarette smoke, and the rooms get really hot and stuffy. Otherwise it was fine, though the place does feel like stepping back in time.

The residence is right beside a very low electric tower, and whenever we were outdoors we could hear a constant buzzing in our ears. The place itself is lovely, beautifully decorated, maybe a little overdone in spots. Our room was clean and the staff were lovely.

The owners clearly care a lot about the business and are genuinely nice. We enjoyed chatting with them over a glass of wine. The setting is gorgeous, and the place feels like part museum, part hotel. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. I loved the old-fashioned feel, in the best way, and the king-size bed and pillows were just right. A really relaxing stay.

A pleasant place for a few days. My only complaint is that they don't make clear what food they'll prepare the following day or what it'll cost. Other guests also felt the food was a bit expensive, and 50 RON for breakfast seems excessive to me.

It’s a short distance from the area’s main attraction. The room was roomy, clean and neat, with lovely decor and a small balcony. If you want to feel like you’re back at your grandparents’ house, only with more comfort, this is the place.
