Mercure Conacul Cozieni

Room service was excellent, with a nice range of high-quality options for starting the day. The location also made it easy to get around, and the hotel had a calm, refined feel. Our room was quiet, spotless, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with a very comfortable bed and the amenities you'd expect for a relaxing stay. The staff stood out most, though. They were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful, and check-in felt seamless and genuinely friendly. We just checked in at the Mercure, and I'm genuinely impressed by how it balances comfort, style, and professionalism. It delivered the reliability, comfort, and touch of local character it promises. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to business or leisure travelers.

The service impressed me most. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the standard was very high. The food was very good too, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself felt brand new, with large, comfortable rooms that were spotless, plus a well-equipped gym and a sauna available on request. It was my first time staying in Romania, and the Mercure Hotel exceeded what I expected. I'd give the stay an 11 out of 10. I wish hotels in the West were this good.

Even though we arrived in the middle of the night, everything went smoothly. Irusha at the front desk was extremely helpful and made us feel at home.

The team at breakfast were attentive and incredibly helpful, and their warm, efficient service made the meal even more enjoyable. There was lots of variety, and the food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Breakfast was absolutely excellent, and I had a great stay at Mercure Conacul Cozieni. I'll definitely be back.
