Decebal Premium Confort

I own an apartment in block E. We’re generally satisfied, and the playground is quiet and well laid out. There are barriers and a doorman for access to the yard. The apartments get 4 out of 5 from me. Construction uses Poroterm brick, 10 cm of exterior polystyrene insulation and mineral wool inside, so the thermal insulation is good. We could choose parquet and tiles from a fairly wide selection, and the heating is underfloor. One issue is the entrance door: when it’s windy, air whistles underneath it like a winter blizzard in the forest. We added another seal, but it still happens. The wall insulation also seems thinner than in blocks A-D, since conversations from neighbors carry through here, unlike in those blocks. And the price for buying a parking space is astronomical, to put it politely.

Some of the interior materials are disappointing, even when you pay extra for better quality. I replaced the original doors, but now they won’t close, and the door service people don’t answer the phone. The bathroom ventilation seems badly designed too. When it’s windy, it sounds like a drill running and gets annoying. The electrical work was poorly done and thought through even less. The electrician’s boss left me to figure out why the fuse kept blowing so he’d know what tools to bring :)

A high-standard residential complex, with lovely apartments, private parking and a playground. It’s quiet and clean.

Looks good so far... we’ll see.
