I enjoyed my stay and honestly don't understand the bad reviews. I booked one night at short notice, and the man at reception was really nice about it. It was cheap for a single room in the city center. The room was very clean and smelled lovely, and the bathroom was fresh and clean too. There was more than enough furniture for one person, and I had a balcony, which was great. I missed breakfast, but that's my own fault for sleeping so well.

It cost 180 ron a night. The hotel is close to downtown and Botanic Park, and my clean room had a balcony. The bathroom was a little old and everything in it seemed very used, but it was clean. The sheets and towels were clean and smelled good, though they also felt a bit used. There was working AC, a TV, and a small refrigerator. The fridge and the AC unit both made noises that were hard to put up with while trying to sleep.

There was more than enough food, and the guy at reception was the best :)

The single room had a lovely terrace, and the beds were comfortable with fresh towels. I could hear the guest next door snoring, and there were noises in the walls, probably water pipes. Apart from that, it was a very okay place to stay. The location is amazing, close to the beautiful Botanical Gardens, posh restaurants like the Manor, and the City Centre.

The rooms are nice, and both the service and location were okay. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center. What surprised us was being asked to pay extra for breakfast even though our Booking reservation included it in the room price.
