For the price, especially in January when we paid about €30 a night for a room or €40 for an apartment, this was a very convenient place to stay. The location was good, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was huge and comfortable, with a bathtub. There was a well-stocked minibar at decent prices, a big TV, warm rooms with heating you could turn up, and excellent internet. They even had a cable for a faster connection. I also liked the roomy hallway just inside the entrance, with a clothes hanger and space for shoes. The one thing that bothered me enough to take off a star was the hot water cutting out around 11am. They rely on the city supply, which seems unreliable, and reception didn't warn us. They acted like there wasn't a problem. I'm not sure when it came back, but it was working again when I returned at night. The rooms look a little cheap, though that's a minor issue since they're clean and nice. I'd stay again if I knew about the hot water situation in advance.

The room was lovely, with internet, air conditioning, and a mini fridge. At 470 Ron for four people, though, it felt a bit expensive for what I'm used to.

We had a comfortable bed, a clean room, and breakfast was included, with plenty of variety and very good coffee. The location was great, too. Thanks to the staff for being so friendly and professional.

The place was nice and the room was clean and beautiful, though a little expensive. The issue is that the price is per person, not per room, and breakfast isn't included. The owner called me and yelled at me over this review. I hadn't said anything untrue, just that the rate is per person. I tried to explain, but she talked over me and wouldn't listen. She said, “in this world, the price is per person, not by the room.” I pointed to the Expedia proof I attached, showing what Marriott charges for one adult and one child, or two adults and one child, in the USA. It's the same price. The owner's attitude wasn't nice. Please discuss things with customers instead of yelling at them. I changed my rating from 2 to 4 because I want to help Romanian businesses. Have a great day!

It was a nice experience overall, and this is a very nice, luxurious inn I'd recommend to anyone. Just be aware there was an extra charge for the children's breakfast and a surcharge for the children. I book an apartment because I need the extra room.
