I loved spending time by the pool and on the pontoon, both were great places to unwind. My room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view, and the terrace looked out over an even more spectacular one. The staff were very friendly too.

We only tried the restaurant, not the rooms. Everything we ordered tasted excellent, so we even returned the next day, and Aijaz, the Indian waiter, was awesome. The view is great too. Still, I found the prices steep, around 38 lei for soup or ciorba and 38 lei for papanasi. I can afford it, but it still felt overpriced, so four stars from me.

We only ate there. The food was nice, but the menu prices can be misleading because some items are charged by weight, usually per 100 grams, and extra grams cost more. I expected a bill around 140-150 RON, but it came to 206 RON. The money wasn't an issue for us, but it’s something to watch, especially since the prices are high to begin with.

After the statue visit and a boat ride, this was a really nice place to stop for a light lunch and a few beers. Signs point the way, so follow them. We were greeted warmly, and even though a large group meant fewer seating options, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The food was excellent and the views were amazing. I’d recommend it, I don’t think anyone would be disappointed.
