This feels like a family place where family comes before customers or business, so visitors need to be patient. That’s mainly true of the restaurant. There’s no printed menu, only a spoken one in Romanian. The food is pretty pricey, but simple and just good.

For 107 lei paid online, I got a room like you’d expect in a good hotel. The staff were friendly too. In my opinion, it’s the best deal in Drobeta.

The shower water was cold, which was the one downside. The bathrooms were clean, the beds were quite big, and the kitchen supplies were great.

The rooms weren’t clean, the service was terrible, and the food was worse than anything. There are plenty of much better places in Severin!
