Villa Sanitas

You were quick to judge me by where I live. That’s what happens when you’re frustrated with civilized people and don’t know how to treat others. You offered accommodation during the festival, so surely even a rooster would understand that I needed to sleep later after the festival finished in the morning. I hoped you’d be understanding, especially after I did you a favor by taking your nephew, whom you’d rejected as just a tourist. Liars! Your dogs are nasty, and their puppies will bite people too. You shamelessly lied in your reply to my first review. The air conditioning blows hot air because it can’t keep up, and you lied that one of the two units was broken so you wouldn’t have to use it. There’s no drain in the bathroom, so I had to be careful not to let water run because you kept scolding me, and it kept spilling past your curtain. The attached photo shows how you hurried me out onto the street to vacate the room instead of returning the favor and letting me stay until at least noon.

I accepted a favor request out of common decency: I drove the owner’s nephew to the festival without asking for money. But on the last day, after only two hours of sleep, I was kicked out at 10 a.m. even though I had a long trip to Bucharest ahead. The dogs in the yard also started biting me. The owner could at least have returned the favor by letting me rest. I’m a beginner driver, and with the exhaustion and all the festival traffic, I was afraid I might have an accident.

The pond with fish behind the house is lovely, but that’s about the only positive I can mention. Good food is hard to find in the area. The air conditioning needs to work, and the dogs should be kept away from guests. They bark and disturb you at night, and even growled at me when I came in. I don’t recommend it.

The room was too hot for me to sleep because the air conditioning couldn’t cope. The host seemed very indifferent, didn’t change the towels, and the linen was dirty.
