Resort EuroPark

Europark is a lovely place for a summer family escape from the city, surrounded by nature. The staff were very nice, and the resort has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and an open spot on a hill for sunbathing, close to the rooms. Every room has a balcony where you can smoke. Mine looked out over the surrounding forests, and at night I could see lots of stars. Stargazing from the balcony with a telescope would be amazing. Carla's Cinnamon homemade coffee recipe was the best coffee I've had so far, and I loved the milkshakes too. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. I'd recommend Europark for team buildings as well. Next time you want to get away to the countryside, go to Europark and ask for Carla's beverages.

Beautiful place, lovely service, and amazing food. But I saw one of the workers or owners kick a dog, and it wasn't even a stray. I'm sorry, but I had to give it 3 stars. Don't hurt dogs!

The sleigh area was a real highlight in winter, and it was easy enough to reach the resort. We had good food, with traditional Romanian dishes given a mountain touch, at prices that felt reasonable for the area, though neither especially cheap nor expensive. Everything was generally clean. The rooms are a little dated, but that's no big deal for a 3 star resort. Service seemed stretched, since I saw only 2 waiters over 5 straight days. We were lucky to get a spot in the villa with the pool and restaurant, so we could enjoy those perks without walking through the cold from the other villas. And there was plenty of snow during our winter visit.

We spent 10 days vacationing in the area as a family. The hotel has a lovely location and a breathtaking view, and the staff were very nice. Karla and the other restaurant waiters were especially friendly and professional. They helped us choose from the menu and gave good recommendations, which made our group stay really fun. Huge thanks to them. The room cleanliness and the mismatch with what the booking said were disappointing, though.
