Nothing beats opening the window in the morning and hearing the Aries water flow. It’s a perfect spot for a mini-vacation, with large, clean rooms and great food that isn’t too pricey. The swimming pool was clean and the water was warm.

The place looked nice, which is why we stopped, but it was so empty compared with the nearby restaurants that it should’ve been a warning. The staff weren’t friendly, and the coffee and lemonade weren’t even tasty. When we got the bill, the cappuccino cost more than the menu price, which didn’t seem right. I might have overlooked the other things if the drinks had been good.

We loved wading into the river and walking barefoot through the grass. We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer, but we’ll definitely return. It’s a nice place, though the people are what really make it great. The food, made with local ingredients, was the best. Thanks for the mushroom stew.

If you love food and hate seeing good ingredients turned into something disappointing, this is the place for you. The food here is out of this world! It was the best Romanian experience ever. You realize that a quality place is more than the services it provides; it’s all the little details that make you want to come back, or never leave. :-)
