The flowers and pine trees around the place made for a relaxing stay, and there was even a little garden behind the building with a summer kitchen set up for barbecues. Inside, it felt rustic and comfortable, like my grandma's house, and I slept really well despite the chilly weather. If you're going to Voroneț, give it a try.

After driving halfway across the country for a reservation, I arrived to find they'd canceled it themselves and given the room to someone else. They made no effort to sort anything out, just told me, "go look for something else." That says plenty about this so-called 3 stars establishment. An awful experience.

After a full day exploring Bucovina, Vila Doina in Voronet was exactly the sort of place I needed: somewhere to rest well, have a tasty meal, and be met by friendly faces. I found this family pension through a recent Booking.com reservation while visiting Bucovina, a blessed land in Romania. I felt lucky to find it. Thank you for being there.
