We felt really welcome at Dukat Hotel, thanks to how kind and helpful everyone was, from reception to the dining staff. Our room was roomy, spotless, and had everything we expected from a four-star hotel. Breakfast came with our package, and we also tried a few à la carte dishes for lunch and dinner. They were so good that we didn't need to look for somewhere else to eat each day. We'd happily return to Dukat Hotel and recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, relaxing break in Gura Humorului.

The restaurant serves generous portions at affordable prices, and the food was very good. There's private parking, and the hotel is right in the center of Gura Humorului. Our room was large, clean, and well equipped.

The room had a cozy feel, and I especially liked the electric fireplace. Everything was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated having a luggage cart and two room cards. Housekeeping cleaned every day, and fresh towels came every two days. They have a towel policy I really liked: leave the ones you want replaced on the floor and put the ones you'll keep using on the heater. Reception staff were lovely and stood up to greet us whenever we passed by, which felt very professional. Netflix wasn't working, though I didn't quite understand why, and apparently it was an issue throughout the hotel. I'd come back any time!

I've stayed in plenty of new hotels, but I haven't seen finishing as spotless as at Dukat. They clearly paid attention to the smallest details. The hotel itself is new and immaculate, and the front desk team were especially helpful, polite, and professional. I'd recommend it and will definitely return.
