Pensiunea Trident

Good value for a short stay, as long as you keep the budget level in mind and don't expect five star amenities. The room had all the basics: TV, fridge, AC, towels, soap, and it was clean. There's plenty of free parking, and shops and restaurants are a five minute walk away. The shared espresso machine is free, which made for a nice morning coffee. The building has a Balkan style, and traffic on the main road can make road facing rooms a bit noisy.

The room was nicely furnished and well equipped, especially for the very good price. The location worked well, about four minutes from the city centre, and there was plenty of parking. The showers had cool side jets. The hotel seemed brand new, though the first floor was still being built when we visited.

We stayed here twice, and also at the Trident Studio. Both were equally high quality, with sparkling clean rooms and good quality, brand new furniture. The owner is wonderful, and this was one of the few places in the area that let us check in late. We loved staying here and would gladly recommend it. The price and quality balance is excellent.

I only used the gym. It's small and very basic, so it can be hard to find anything to do during the evening rush. I’d suggest going in the morning. The owners don't seem to invest in the equipment: they don't buy new things, and when something breaks, repairs are rare or take a long time.
