The food was pretty good, and the personnel were decent and kind, trying to behave professionally. The towels and sheets also seemed clean. Even so, I wouldn’t recommend staying here to sleep or unwind after a long trip. The toilet seat moved, the shower drain was blocked and water flooded the bathroom floor. There wasn’t any warm water, and the rooms were full of mosquitoes. The walls were dirty.

The personnel were okay, but the stay was bad. The mattress was hard as a rock and I woke with back pain. Cooking in the room sent kitchen smells straight into our room when we opened the terrace door. And the TV was a joke, it wasn’t even a 15-inch screen.

The restaurant served decent food at okay prices, and the staff were friendly all around. The beds were cozy, and the room had a TV, fridge, and air conditioning. It was mostly clean, with a nice first impression, especially compared with other hotels. A few things need attention: the filthy hairdryer barely worked, the shower was partly broken, there were no mosquito nets on the balcony door, and the balcony lights didn’t work.

The staff were okay, the AC worked, and the rooms were nice and clean. But the shower cabin was missing a door and clogged easily. Our room was mostly green, right down to the curtains with their marijuana pattern. Maybe “Best Hotel” would be better called “Average Hotel”.

We ended up cutting our holiday short and leaving because the noise was so unacceptable. There was a party at the hotel restaurant on our first night, with music loud enough to shake our first-floor room. Our friends on the second floor couldn’t sleep either. Another event with the same loud music followed the next day. The hotel looked very good for the price, but the WiFi wasn’t usable at all.
