Hampton By Hilton Iasi

Breakfast was good, and there’s parking right outside. The hotel's in a convenient spot, about a 10-minute walk from the Palace of Culture. My room was a good size, but it had no safe and the air conditioning barely worked, so I asked to switch rooms.

The staff were professional and courteous, and housekeeping kept the room and facilities clean each day. My room was spacious and comfortable after long days, though I missed having a balcony, especially in summer. The hotel is older, and some details show it, but it is maintained well enough and seems fair for a three-star place. The air conditioning worked, but it was so loud that it disturbed my sleep. A repair or upgrade would help. Breakfast was the weakest part: the same items every morning over my four-day stay. It wasn't bad, but at this price I expected more variety and freshness. Hilton Iași is decent for a short stay, with the basics covered and generous room space. For what it costs, the breakfast choices and noisy air conditioning need improvement.

We had a great mid-April weekend at Hampton by Hilton and would gladly come back. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were huge. Breakfast had a big selection, with plenty to eat, Belgian waffles, and delicious coffee. The location was also a plus: Plas mall and the beautiful cultural center were about a 10-minute walk away, while Julius mall and the huge shopping center behind it took around 20 minutes. Reception was very kind, especially Yoana, who explained the area with a smile. See her photo. The dining room lady did a good job and kept replenishing what ran out, though I wish she'd smiled a little more. Highly recommend the hotel.

Just an 8-minute walk from the city centre. The breakfast spread had hot and cold food, coffee, sweets, fresh vegetables, and waffles you could make yourself 💪. There was cold beer at the front desk bar, plus snacks and sweets 🥳. They printed a document I emailed to reception, and my bill was ready at checkout. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
