Hotel Premier Class

I booked rooms for friends and family coming to my wedding because this was the closest hotel to the venue. I’d reserved one apartment, four rooms with matrimonial beds, and one room with twin beds. A week before the event, I learned they had changed that to one apartment, three matrimonial rooms, and two twin rooms. I sent an email explaining who would stay where. It went through, but they still got the arrangements wrong, and one family had nowhere to stay. They said they hadn’t received the email, which seemed impossible, and after I sent a screenshot, they didn’t respond. Everything went well apart from the communication, and that’s a generous way to put it. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel.

I booked this venue for my wedding, and I’m from England. The owner told us everything would be lovely and included, such as the red carpet and flowers, but there was no red carpet and no flowers on the arch. She also failed to mention that flowers cost 200 lei. The menu was poor, the food was dry, and some guests got none. My guests didn’t like it, and the waiters were terrible. We bought drinks and chocolates for the wedding, but they didn’t serve the bin alcohol drinks. They claimed they had none left, though our guests said they hadn’t received them. They also said the chocolates hadn’t been given to them, so we had to buy more. I accidentally left my perfume there, and they said they didn’t have it. Any venue would keep it and return it, so I feel they stole a lot from us. The rooms smelled like sewage, weren’t cleaned for our guests, and had cheap, uncomfortable beds, dust everywhere, and showers and toilets that didn’t work. The beds were poor and cheap, and there was dust everywhere. All my guests complained about how cheap and poor they were. They also couldn’t accommodate tourists and only had a basic everyday menu. The owner made very little effort for such an important day. I hate her for making the experience horrible, and I beg people not to have their wedding there.

The bathroom had cockroaches, there was hair on the shower head, and the room smelled bad. The sheets were stained, and the towels were old and smelly. The room was very expensive. Breakfast cost extra and was way overpriced for just three slices of ham, three slices of cheese, some olives, and two pieces of bread. I’ll never come back.

The smell was awful throughout the place, and both the room and sheets were dirty. A terrible place to stay. Avoid it.
