The service was the biggest letdown. When staff heard we didn't speak Romanian, they said “we don’t know English” and walked away. There was no menu and no effort to help. It was crowded, with a small pool and too little room. At the entrance there weren't any sunbeds available, and nobody could say whether some would open up later. They offered a table, but still charged us the full price. The place is generally nice, but for that price we expected much better, including basic customer care and respect.

For Iași, I'd give it five stars. It's usually not too busy, the pool music is good and relaxed, and the people there are kind and welcoming. There are plenty of parking spaces nearby.

The staff were kind and friendly, and the background music stayed quiet until 11.30 AM, which suited us perfectly. We arrived at 8.45 AM on Saturday and found the place almost empty. It filled up some by noon, but never got completely full. One of us had breakfast there, and it was good. The pool is medium-sized, with nice seats and umbrellas. There's a bar, though we didn't try it. I'd recommend coming for a relaxing weekend, or for a vacation stay if you're from out of town.

It's a little outside town, which means it's nice and quiet. Hotel guests can use the pool for free, while other visitors can swim for a daily fee. Outside food and drinks aren't allowed, as there's a bar and restaurant.
