Pleiada Boutique Hotel And Spa

I booked a room for Sunday. On arrival it looked very nice, and the room was clean. But that night a wedding was playing very loud music, with the bass clearly audible in my room until 2 a.m. I understand the hotel may host events, but the rooms need proper soundproofing or the volume needs to be lower. It seriously affected my sleep, and that kind of noise isn’t what I’d expect from a 5-star hotel.

We held our wedding party at Pleiada Boutique Hotel & Spa, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the service attentive, and the thoughtful details and elegant, charming atmosphere made us feel pampered. The staff were friendly, and a special thanks to Oana for guiding and supporting us whenever we needed it. We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful place for making unforgettable memories!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The view was nice, but we couldn’t get any sleep during our vacation. Dogs barked and howled all night the first night. We spoke to reception, and they moved us to the other side of the hotel. On the second night, an event on the lobby floor had loud music going until 2 in the morning, and the room was actually shaking. It didn’t feel like a five-star hotel at all. I can’t recommend it.

We had breakfast, but there wasn’t much choice despite the large dining areas. We also tried the spa, where the pool was too cold for us to enjoy, the jacuzzi only fit four people, and the dry sauna was fine. The wet sauna wasn’t working because its door was shut closed. There were a few issues in the room too. The smart TV wasn’t very smart, and I couldn’t connect to Netflix or YouTube. I could cast my phone screen, but that wasn’t convenient. The lighting was too dim, and the shower’s large glass window is see-through. You can cover half of it, but that still felt uncomfortable for the person using it. Overall, this place doesn’t seem worth five stars to me, more like three or four.
