The best customer service I've ever had.

Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were kind and respectful. I came for a few days with my husband and our three-year-old son. The food was good Romanian food. I was surprised to find two playgrounds for children, and everything was fairly close: about 300 m to restaurants and shops and 600 m to the beach. We'll definitely be back.

The terrace was shaded and beautifully decorated, and our spacious room had a balcony. The cleanliness at Vila Wolf in Jupiter was impeccable, and our whole experience was beyond what we expected. All meals were included and served in a clean restaurant, with staff who were extremely polite and professional. You rarely see service like that on the Romanian seaside. The reception and restaurant are on the second floor, but that didn't inconvenience us at all. The beach is a relaxed nine-minute walk away, so the location is very good too. We felt welcome, pampered, and relaxed, and we'll definitely return.
