The lake and its wonderful view were a bright spot, and Bobbi, the very cute cat, made us happy too ❤️ We love animals, so it upset us when the cleaning lady yelled at one point that we were torturing him 😂 The hotel’s location is nice, the cleanliness acceptable, and most of the staff were nice, with some exceptions. The design is kitschy, and the breakfast was very poor and low quality. On departure day, a cleaning lady came into our room speaking very aggressively and wouldn’t have a conversation with us. She went on to insult us without any proper reason. Her manner and gestures showed no education or common sense. Apparently she was upset that someone had smoked an IQOS electronic cigarette in the room and that there was a bottle of juice there, even though the hotel had no policy against either. We tried to speak with someone else at reception, but were ignored while the cleaning lady carried on. It upset us even more and ruined the whole vacation. She made us feel as if we were on vacation in Vaslui or somewhere like that. I don’t recommend the hotel. I’d only return if that lady no longer worked there.

The food was delicious, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It’s a superb location with a view to match. I recommend it!

Such a beautiful place. I recommend it with complete confidence!
