The food was good, but this hotel didn’t feel up to 4-star standards, and I left very disappointed. Room cleaning wasn’t done properly and the bins were left full. The fridge was empty, without even water, unlike at other 4-star hotels. They don’t provide beach towels either. There was just one key per room, no matter how many people were staying. They supplied caps, cutlery, and plates, but there wasn’t a sink to wash them. I’d give the place 3 stars.

From reception right down to the chaises longues so close to the beach, the service was very good. The rooms were good too, and so was the food.

The kids’ playground and pool were great for families, and the hotel is really close to the sea. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities, the staff’s diligence, and the features they provide. The minibar is included in the all-inclusive plan. We liked this stay better than our week in Bulgaria.

The staff were nice, and they kept the room very clean. Even after cleaning, there wasn’t any sand left in the room. We stayed with our one-year-old, though the restaurant got extremely crowded. Despite being advertised as child-friendly, the kids’ food was salty, deep-fried, and spicy. They have 70 parking spaces for 175 rooms, so when the hotel is full you may need to pay extra for private parking or leave the car in a public spot. We had a room for at least three people, but the closet was tiny.

The menu was varied and tasty, with a special option for kids. We also really liked the two very clean pools, one for adults and one for children, plus the playground. The rooms were spotless too. A wonderful hotel on Mamaia beach, and I’d highly recommend it to families with kids.
