For a short trip, this was a comfortable, convenient place to stay. Getting to public transport and local attractions was easy, and the staff made check-in and check-out simple by being friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had what I needed. I didn’t get a chance to try everything the hotel offers, but the on-site restaurant and bar had a good range of food and drinks. I’d recommend it for a short stay.

The room smelled awful and the bathroom was dirty, with mold everywhere. The shower curtain needs replacing because it’s moldy too. There was hair in the shower when we arrived, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the fridge didn’t work properly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

People staying here were the main downside for me. Some write on the posters, and others make noise in the hallway at midnight. I still really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean, the maids did a great job, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. From the balcony, there’s a great view over the sea on floors 2 to 10.

I stayed at Flora last year as well. The 2019 visit was a good one: everything was very clean, and the room had air conditioning, though it was small and had no hair dryer. In 2020, nobody came to clean our room even once. We had to ask whenever we needed fresh towels, toilet paper, or trash bags. That isn’t normal, and I was disappointed this year.

The pool was clean and had enough room for lots of people, and the location near the beach is good. But the rooms are small, and my bed was really bad. For a three-star hotel, it’s okay. I can’t give it more than three stars.
