For the options around here, this is a very good place to stay. The host is friendly and helpful, and can prepare food if you ask. The house has flowers all over it, beautifully arranged, perhaps a little too much. Rooms are clean, with a shower and toilet inside, and there’s both a covered terrace and an outdoor table in the garden. The setting is lovely and relatively close to the mountains.

A rural setting with a beautiful garden and spectacular views, close to many hiking trails in the Retezat mountains. The rooms are nice and clean, and the host is very friendly and attentive, helping whenever he can. Good quality at a very affordable price.

The owners are warm, kind people, and the yard is beautiful. It’s close to the Retezat natural reserve and has all the comfort you need for a good stay.

We had a lovely 3 nights here and will surely return. The owner was friendly, the place was quiet, the garden was beautiful, and the rooms were very clean.
