4/10
The staff were generally friendly, but that couldn't make up for the poor service, bad rooms, and terrible food. If I could go back, I'd choose a different hotel. The food was really bad. The buffet was very limited and cost more than a very good local restaurant. Some items seemed to be leftovers reused from earlier meals, and a few looked and tasted sour or expired. The rooms felt like two-star rooms in terms of equipment, beds, and bathroom, and there was cigar smoke smell everywhere.

The food was plentiful and good, and service was prompt. Problems were sorted promptly, and the location is great. But although the rooms had been cleaned, they weren't cleaned properly: there was dust, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the toilets weren't cleaned daily. It's a shame, since the rest of the service was good.

I was five years old the first time I saw this kind of manifestation.

The live music and food were the only things we enjoyed. I paid over 1300 lei for the room for four nights, and I'm very disappointed. At first glance the room seemed fine, but the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. The soap holders had dried soap all over them, and the plastic cup for brushing your teeth was dirty, with residue inside. The sheets had holes. Room service never opened the door during all five days, so there was no cleaning and no towel changes. It felt like communism, with internet only in the lobby and none in the room. Step outside the lobby door and the connection disappeared. Not acceptable.

There's a great view and the food is tasty, though sometimes too salty. But there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff can't speak English, and the beds aren't very comfortable.
