The location is very central, though we could hear some traffic. The rooms are spacious, but the mattresses were very hard, and the floors were so dirty that our socks and the baby’s pants got grimy. Kitchen pans and utensils were worn out and need replacing. There was an IKEA high chair, which was useful since we were travelling with a baby, but we had to bring our own travel cot. It would be nice if one could be rented on site. There’s only one parking spot.

A large flat in a house right in the old town centre.

We had reserved parking in the enclosed courtyard, and even though we never met the owner, communication was constant and effective. The apartment is very large, modern and clean, in a new building right in central Oradea, very close to Piata Unirii and lots of places of interest and restaurants. It has a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three TVs and a fully equipped kitchen, along with its own heating system and hot water. Traffic on the street beside the building could be a bit noisy at night, though it didn’t bother us much. A shower curtain would help keep water from splashing onto the floor in the bathtub bathroom. We managed with the mop provided.

The apartment was easy to find and right in the city centre, with cleanliness that deserves a 10. It has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen. The AC was amazing in this heat, and even though it’s only in the living room, it was enough for us.
