Cabana Trei Brazi

The view is priceless, which makes this a pity. We politely told the waiter we’d arrived and asked for our table to be cleaned, but his response wasn’t polite. We waited around 20 minutes with nobody cleaning the table or taking our order, so we left for another restaurant.

The view around here is fantastic, but I wouldn’t go into the restaurant. The food was terrible and seemed to use cheap ingredients. We waited a long time, and the waiter was rude and impolite throughout.

The location was the best part of our weeklong stay at the end of September. Marked paths wind through the forests and hills nearby, with beautiful scenery, and we spotted bear tracks here and there. We didn’t see any bears, since they avoid people. The rooms were basic but clean, with amazing views. We also ate dinner in the restaurant every night instead of going down to Predeal. The classic Romanian food used very good ingredients, and the food and service were excellent.

The view is lovely, but the restaurant was horrible. My mici were burned black outside and very low quality inside. I’m sure they were the cheapest frozen ones from Lidl. I paid 100 lei for 8 mici and 2 bottles of water. Better to bring your own food and have a picnic in the grass outside.
