The bed and cleanliness were OK. But there was no warm water, and the air conditioning was very noisy, not working properly, and far too weak for the rooms, which are right under the roof.

The place is in a good location, but the welcome we got was awful. We had booked by phone and confirmed it a week before arriving in Petrosani, when there were hardly any places left. At check-in, the staff said they had no rooms and no record of our booking. We had to insist that they check the computer; they found the reservation, then said there was nothing they could do because they had accepted someone from Booking. Nobody apologized or offered another option. The attitude was rude and completely unprofessional, the worst host or staff I’ve come across despite having traveled quite a bit.

The host and staff were friendly. Our room was OK, though it could have been cleaner. The food was fine too, but felt overpriced for the very small piece of overcooked meat we got.

After a day on the slope, it was a good spot to rest. The rooms were clean, the people were kind, and breakfast was good.

The rooms weren't in the best condition, but the bosses who hosted us were good.
