The receptionist was really helpful and professional, the only good service we got. The overall service was terrible. The TV and elevators weren’t working, and a small bottle of water costs 6 euros.

We stayed as a couple and had a lovely time. The staff were attentive and kind, and the hotel felt cozy, clean, and welcoming. It was just right for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely come back!

I have no complaints about the rooms or room service, but there were some unpleasant issues during my stay. There’s no phone in the rooms, so how are guests meant to contact reception? That’s a basic hotel standard. Water was another problem. Staff said it was provided only at breakfast, but on the second day there was no drinking water at breakfast or anywhere else. Breakfast is advertised for all guests from 8:00 to 10:30. I usually arrived at 9:30 and found no food, or only two or three options. We pay the same as people who come at 8:00, so why should we get less? Please make sure every guest gets the same treatment throughout the advertised hours.
