The dogs deserve a mention. They're big, but very friendly and well behaved, and they add a lovely charm that makes the place feel even more relaxing. The host was welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, and we felt comfortable right away. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. Our room was clean, well kept, and very warm, which was great in the cold weather. We'd love to come back.

We got a warm room with a king size bed and a nice mountain view. The three gentlemen at reception made our midweek, three night stay feel fabulous. They went above and beyond, helped with the hearty breakfast, suggested short trips nearby, and took time to chat. It's a cozy hotel.

The place was very clean, and the staff were polite, efficient, and attentive. They handled requests professionally. The experience would be smoother with better upkeep of the technical systems.

The room was lovely and clean, with a very comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But there was a sewage smell that stayed throughout our time there and got very strong at one point. That kept this from being a four star room for me. It's a little far from the gondola, though close to the bus station.

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were helpful, especially the reception team. Our room had a balcony and a nice view, though its overall cleanliness fell short of what I expected. The hotel has private parking behind a barrier, so the car feels secure.
