The location is a real plus, with the slopes and lots of restaurants nearby. Wi-Fi was very good, and breakfast had a nice range of options, though the quality could be better. There’s a small pool that’s cozy and clean. The rooms are spacious and the mattress very comfortable. I’d put the hotel closer to three stars.

The pool and jacuzzi stayed at just the right temperature, and both the food and location were excellent. What stood out most was the staff, professional, friendly, and attentive throughout. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

I’ve stayed twice now and really love this place. It’s affordable and comfortable, with a little bit of luxury. Rooms and facilities are well kept, and there’s a lovely pool, hot tub, and sauna. The food was excellent at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the views were a bonus. The location is ideal for the ski slopes, and Brasov is only a short drive away for charming shops and restaurants. Such a great find, highly recommend.

Rizzo Boutique Hotel has a calm, stylish feel, and the peaceful mountain setting is a highlight, close to the slopes and main attractions. The rooms were decent, but for the price they could be more comfortable and better maintained. Staff were friendly, though service wasn’t always steady, with some delays during busy periods. I had a pleasant stay, but a bit more polish would make it live up to the boutique label. Still worth a visit if you want a cozy getaway in Poiana Brașov.
