Meeting the owner, Doron, made the visit feel personal, and it was clear there’s a lot of care behind the place. Doina, the manager, was warm and attentive, and helped us throughout our stay. The rest of the team were friendly and professional too, making everything easy. We stayed at Torres Poiana from 30th December to 1st January and had a wonderful time. We’d gladly come back.

The staff were polite and friendly, and they even accommodated a late checkout so we could ski on our last day. The rooms were nicely finished and good value. Arriving late was simple too, since each room uses a PIN code for access.

We stayed in a lovely, roomy holiday apartment with attractive furniture, comfortable beds and stylish showers. Breakfast was excellent, and the welcoming staff did all they could to make our stay a good one. The hotel is charming, and it’s easy to walk to the cable car, sports complex and nearby restaurants. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. I especially appreciated that they had an alternative for vegetarians. We stayed as a family recently, and the staff were warm and helpful, going out of their way to make us comfortable. A perfect stay!

The breakfast space is pretty small, so if the hotel is full you may need to wait for a table. This is a modern, newly built hotel in a busy part of Poiana, with motels and apartments all around. There’s no air conditioning, though. On hot summer nights you’ll probably need the windows open, which can bring in barbecue smells from the neighbors and mosquitoes.
