The hotel was old and messy, and the service was terrible. A man at reception was extremely impolite, rude, and very racial toward us. We’ve visited Predeal several times, and this was the first time we’d encountered such a bad hotel. I firmly don’t recommend it. The worst hotel ever!

Avoid this place. There was no price list in the room for the water in the fridge. I was charged around 50 euros for four 0.33 bottles of Coke and Fanta and two no-name beers.

The neighborhood dogs made noise at times overnight, though it wasn’t as bad as in other parts of town. Otherwise, it’s a very clean inn with quaint, comfortable rooms. The owners are hospitable and speak good English. Breakfast is worth it, with good coffee and a variety of food, and the wait staff are very pleasant. I’d stay again when traveling through.

Large, comfortable rooms and good service, with little touches that make a difference. It’s very close to downtown, though also a bit too close to the street. A good, cozy hotel.

Right next to the ski tracks, the location is perfect. The place looks like a gingerbread house or Santa’s workshop. The staff are friendly and kind, breakfast is tasty, and the restaurant is nicely decorated, full of wooden sculptures and crafts, with lots of attention to detail.
