Pensiunea Belvedere

The location was handy, close to the main road, with somewhere to park and a small porch to sit outside. The owner was funny and friendly, though I never tried to raise any of my concerns with him. The bathroom was decent, but cleanliness elsewhere was mediocre at best. The towels smelled bad, like they hadn't dried properly. There were serious fire and electric shock hazards. The wall outlets either didn't work or sparked when I plugged in a phone charger. The breaker box was exposed, with wires left unconnected and unprotected. Some parts were melted, and others were blackened by sparks. The kitchen tiles were loose, and the grease and dirt around the stove were hard to describe. The cabinets were filthy inside, and the stove used a gas canister with no CO2 detector, which also made it an explosion hazard. I've never seen a kitchen sponge so dirty and disgusting.
