Avoid it...

I strongly urge people to avoid this place. I booked online, but when we arrived, our reservation wasn’t available. The replacement rooms were filthy and smelled strongly of damp, mold, and insecticides. It’s hard to believe the place still has an operating license. Bathroom hygiene was practically nonexistent. In one room, the previous guest had left a huge mess in the toilet, which hadn’t even been flushed, and nobody had checked whether the room was ready. There were dead cockroaches and spiders in the bed and bathtub. If it hadn’t been so late, I’d have left straight away and looked elsewhere or slept in the car. I paid €45 per room for all this. The cockroaches seemed to be part of the house. They didn’t give me a tax receipt. Now that I’m home, I’ll start the legal complaint process with the competent authorities.

I was meant to get accommodation, but it didn’t work out. Check-in was supposed to be after 2 p.m., but by 5 p.m. there still wasn’t a room because no one had cleaned. I got the key late, only to find there was no water, the heat was suffocating, and there was no air conditioning. All the tourists there at the time refused the accommodation, including me. Guests who had paid cash got their money back. I’d paid by card, and they neither refunded me nor offered any options. The administrator said he wouldn’t return my money and that I could complain wherever I wanted. I left without compensation, feeling like a fool, and filed a police complaint. Avoid this place. It has no proper conditions or good administration.

There were a lot of lies. The location was bad, with dirt, dust, and rubble everywhere. There was no pool and no parking. At the entrance, we were met by a pile of rubble and a woman who wouldn’t introduce herself. The owner refused to speak with us, saying he’d received our money and it was up to us whether we stayed or left. We got nothing. Breakfast was included in what we paid, but there was only a very dirty kitchen. Everything was filthy. I made complaints and hope others do the same. This guesthouse shouldn’t be operating. After I complained, I found that all the rooms were listed as occupied at that address. In reality, it’s a guesthouse with no customers and a lot of dirt.
