We came to eat, and the food was delicious. The restaurant area is huge, and the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Everything went smoothly, and they spoke to us well as customers. I'd recommend it for good-quality food.

They even had an 18th birthday party booked the last time we stayed at Aurora Hotel, but gave us a superior-quality room farther from the noise so we could sleep peacefully during our one-night stay. We've stayed there about five times now, and the service has been great each time. It's our favourite hotel on the way to other European countries. The restaurant food is tasty too, and the waiters are always there to serve you. Thanks for the lovely hospitality. This is my second review, and I'm adding stars compared with the last one 😊

The restaurant really let the experience down. The waiters were extremely rude. When you arrive, the stylish lobby and reception give the impression of a four-star hotel. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated.

The hotel's appearance is misleading. The first floor and restaurant look nice, but upstairs the rooms feel like they're from 60 years ago, back in the Soviet Union. It seems the owners spent all the money on a fancy elevator. The restaurant service was also “up to par,” with an extremely unfriendly waitress. The location and the balcony view over the park are the only pluses. That's it.
