Hotel Aramia

The staff were so kind and the service was really good. The hotel is close to the city centre, and our room was great, with comfy beds and everything fairly clean. I’d happily recommend it and come back!

We really enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant garden, especially the delicious food and great coffee. There was a cereal, jam and yoghurt bar, plus eggs made to order, served with cheese, sausages and fresh vegetables. The staff were attentive and kind, parking was safe, and the mattress was good. Our spacious, clean room had a refrigerator and was on the second floor. We turned off the air conditioning and slept well with the windows open at night.

Breakfast was very good for the price, and you could eat outside in the garden. The hotel itself was okay, but our room under the roof was tiny, with an even smaller bathroom and a glass door facing the toilet. The staff also made us feel like we were bothering them.

After the event, our guests told us their rooms smelled of sewage, and the room assignments were messed up. Couples had been put in single rooms, and when we asked for this to be fixed, the hotel refused, saying those were our instructions. We had booked the whole hotel for the event two years earlier and stayed in touch with the owner every year. But when we called a few weeks beforehand to confirm, the owner said they already had other bookings for that date. The service was a disgrace. I’ll never use this hotel again.
