The staff were really friendly, and the place was fairly clean. They followed the COVID rules. But the furniture is old, the architecture feels stuck in the communist era, and the walls are so thin I could hear everything from the neighbors. The hallways echo loudly too. I'd maybe try a different destination, since the food in this area was really bad. This was a three-star experience.

The reception was fine, and having an elevator was helpful. But this was my first time trying a two-star hotel, and I don't know if this is normal. The room was very small for two adults and two children, even though we'd booked a deluxe room. There were two little beds pushed together with just two pillows. The furniture was very old and broken, and the towels were torn. I only found the electrical outlet behind the beds by chance, after discovering there was just one outlet for the TV. The lamps seemed to be decorative because there was no outlet for them, even though they were lit in the photos. Two stars is more than enough for this place.
