Pensiunea Happy Day

The location is about 10 minutes from the historic center, with free public parking nearby, and there's free coffee. But there is no restaurant, and they don't sell food or drinks apart from breakfast. The breakfast was cold and poor for the price. Our room had damaged furniture and walls, and the shower was barely attached to the wall and not very clean. The floor rooms have no air conditioning, good windows, or soundproofing, and the price difference doesn't make up for the inconvenience. After 7.30, it felt like my bed was in the middle of the canteen. The building is by an intersection on a main road, so traffic adds more noise. I also had to wait several minutes outside because reception wasn't there and the entrance door is always locked.

The clean, comfortable room had everything I needed, and I slept really well. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. Free coffee throughout the day and parking right out front were nice extras. Happy Day Guesthouse is close to the city center, which made it easy to get around. Irina welcomed me warmly at reception, and the staff were helpful with information and suggestions for places to eat and visit. Their tips made the trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to Irina and the whole team for a memorable stay. I'd gladly recommend the guesthouse, and I'm already planning another visit.

The room was roomy enough, with a comfortable bed, and everything was very clean. It's only a 10-minute walk from the center. The management and staff were kind and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. Thank you 😊

A clean room, working air conditioning, and a good breakfast. It's close to the old town.
