After a 13-hour drive, this was no place to spend the night in Sibiu. There was no heating, the room hadn’t been cleaned, used bed linen still had hairs on it, and empty beer cans from the previous guest were left behind. The owner was unreachable and, when booking through b**k!ng, treated us with disdain and aggression at best. We had to send repeated chats and make countless calls before finally getting a key code hours later. I wouldn’t recommend this landlord. We’ll see what b**king says about the refund. We chose to sleep in the car at -11 degrees Celsius rather than in this shack.

The rooms smelled strange, with mold in the corners, doors that wouldn’t close properly, unreliable internet, and broken cutlery. The owner was xenophobic, verbally aggressive, and rude. I absolutely don’t recommend staying here. I never expected such a bad experience in Sibiu in 2024.

I really don’t recommend this place. The rooms were very poorly maintained, there was no internet, and despite having central heating in the rooms, they weren’t warm. The floors were dirty, the pillows stained, and the forks broken. The owner was extremely unfriendly and verbally aggressive.
