The staff were especially thoughtful. When they realized our early checkout meant we’d miss the included continental breakfast, they prepared breakfast to go and brought it to our room the night before. They were the politest and friendliest staff we’ve ever met. We also enjoyed the restaurant’s delicious traditional Romanian food. We stayed in a loft room at Hotel Von Graf, which was incredibly clean and gave us a great night’s sleep. A perfect hotel and restaurant. Thanks for having us! ❤️🇷🇴

The restaurant staff were so well trained. Nicu impressed us with his professional manner and attention to detail. He wore gloves throughout, served the dishes one at a time as we requested while traveling with our two children, and offered them coloring books so they wouldn’t get bored waiting for the food. We also loved the apartment: it was clean and child friendly, all wood, with soft lighting and a romantic feel. The hotel’s design is impressive, with care put into every corner, from the stairs and stone detailed walls to the internal patio and windows. This was one of our best stays, after trips all over the world and all kinds of experiences. Heavy snow meant we couldn’t arrive on the scheduled date, and the staff offered to change our booking so we wouldn’t lose a day. We gladly accepted, and it turned out to be the right choice because the roads were cleared and we could travel safely. We’ll remember this short getaway.

Delicious food and really lovely staff, in a charming, unique place. It’s very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well maintained despite being in such an old building. The location is perfect, by the fascinating Shoemakers Tower and just a short walk from the town square. I’ll be back!

We stayed in Room 3 at Boutique Hotel von Graf, which has a lovely loft. It was charming and cozy, full of character, and a peaceful place to sleep after exploring town. With all its lovely wood and stone details, the hotel feels like stepping back into medieval times. This is a distinctive place with an authentic, comfortable feel, not just another generic hotel. We enjoyed our visit and would happily return.
