Peter House 24-7 - Self Check in

The hosts replied quickly when we reported the problems and apologized, but didn’t offer help or a fix. We left disappointed and wouldn’t return. There were useful extras in the apartment, including an Xbox, Netflix (without a registered account), a computer, TVs in the living room and bedroom, effective air conditioning, and games for kids. The location was great, too. But cleanliness fell short: the towels were stained, and there was mold in both the washing machine and shower. Basic supplies were missing, including dish soap, laundry detergent, a bath mat, and more toilet paper than the single roll provided for two days. Water leaked onto the floor without a bath mat. Leftover items from previous guests cluttered the place, like half-used toilet paper rolls, opened and nearly empty packages of pads and tampons, pasta, and soaps. The rain shower head couldn’t be switched on, and the regular shower head’s height adjustment didn’t work. The water pressure was excellent, but made showering uncomfortable.
